You can shop at www.AlanJackson.com online with confidence. We have partnered with Shopify, a leading payment gateway and online store platform, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The Shopify Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

Credit Card Authorization
To protect against fraudulent online credit card charges, we may require additional information after your credit card has been approved. The CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM will be used to protect the card holder and the merchant. If an order is flagged, additional information will be required before the order will actually be shipped. If the information is not submitted within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

The information we collect about you (e-mail address, etc.) remains strictly confidential and is only used to process your order and personalize your shopping experience. We are not in the business of selling or sharing any personal information from our customers.

Prices and Shipping
Pricing on the site is in US dollars. We require a $5.00 minimum purchase.  We ship packages by USPS Priority Mail and United Parcel Service. We currently ship to North America and most countries around the world. Our shipping rates are based on your order value. Our Shipping and Handling rates are listed below. Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Packages shipped outside the US do take longer to process and receive. In addition, we are not responsible for any tariffs, VAT, duties or clearing fees imposed by the destination country. If your order is returned to us by the carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” or “refused,” the original shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund issued. Due to credit card security and postal issues, we limit the total dollar amount on ALL orders to $150 (USD).

**All orders exceeding $150 (USD) will be canceled and refunded.**

Order Status
How do I know you got my order?
Once your order is complete, you will be given an invoice number. Please keep track of this number as you will need it for future possible online references. To further reinforce receipt of your order, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail.

Returns and Refunds

What is alanjackson.com’s return policy?
Alanjackson.com will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 30 days of ship date. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Only UNOPENED CDs, Videos and DVDs can be returned for refund or exchange.

CDs, Videos and DVDs that are open can only be exchanged for the EXACT same title if they are defective. When we return it, the plastic wrap will be removed.

When we receive the item, your payment method will be refunded per your request.
Exchanges will be processed and reshipped at no expense to you.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund.
*Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning.
  • Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping (see below):
    • Return shipping fees will apply.
    • We will not refund the original shipping and handling fees.

The customer is responsible for ensuring their return reaches our Returns Center.

Defects
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will credit your account with the initial shipping costs attributable to the defective product, the cost of the defective product and the cost of returning the defective product via regular mail. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
